The Patient Food Services department at Sinai Hospital plays a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences through attentive and personalized meal services. This full-time position involves preparing, delivering, and retrieving meal trays for patients with accuracy and timeliness. The role extends beyond tray delivery to actively communicating with patients, families, nursing staff, and food service teams to accommodate specialized diet preferences and nutritional needs. The employee’s duties include maintaining inventory at par levels, supplying floor items, and ensuring nourishment reach patients promptly. As representatives of Sinai Hospital, team members uphold exceptional customer service standards, acting as primary liaisons between patients and food services to maximize satisfaction with meals and overall nutrition support.

This position requires working the day shift from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, with mandatory bi-weekly weekend hours, reflecting a commitment to continuous patient care.
