As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of managing department priorities, leading a team of hourly associates, and driving sales and guest engagement to meet and exceed store goals.

In this role, you will develop expertise in food safety, inventory management, merchandising, and promotional execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage areas meet Target’s high standards of freshness, quality, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire and support your team through training, coaching, and performance evaluation, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The position requires strong organizational skills to plan and prioritize daily and weekly workloads aligned with sales trends and business needs.

The Food & Beverage Team Leader also serves as a vital liaison between store leadership and team members, facilitating communication and collaboration to optimize store performance. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer conditions
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to interpret instructions and handle cash register operations

Job Qualifications
