Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Knowledge of beverage and food service operations
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Three to five years' experience in food and beverage, with a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role with a proven track record in leadership and management/supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communications, employee team building and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to analyze financial information and arrive at accurate conclusions
- Knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity with all beverage and food service
- Must have exemplary interpersonal skills when dealing with staff and guest requests
- Must be detailed and results-orientated, believe in personal accountability and be a role model for the surrounding team
- Must have the initiative to accept additional duties
Job Duties
- Supervise and support servers, bartenders and food service team members
- Ensure guest service is at a consistently high level
- Monitor and adjust schedules to appropriate staffing levels
- Responsible for continuing staff development and service training
- Coach, counsel, guide, instruct and prepare performance reviews
- Responsible for monthly beverage inventory, weekly ordering of beverages, beverage supplies and food supplies
