Job Requirements

  • Must have a high School diploma or GED equivalent
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
  • proof of liquor license or receipt of application due first day of employment
  • able to stand for long periods
  • capable of occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • able to adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • excellent communication skills
  • able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • experience in food and beverage or restaurant supervision preferred
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • familiarity with cash handling and report preparation

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations
  • comply with health and safety regulations
  • assist with stocking, ordering, and inventory control
  • prepare daily deposits and revenue reports as directed by manager
  • maintain and operate cash register during high-volume customer service
  • perform duties and projects as required by the Restaurant Manager
