Job Requirements
- Must have a high School diploma or GED equivalent
- excellent communication skills
- able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
- proof of liquor license or receipt of application due first day of employment
- able to stand for long periods
- capable of occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- able to adhere to health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- experience in food and beverage or restaurant supervision preferred
- ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- familiarity with cash handling and report preparation
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations
- comply with health and safety regulations
- assist with stocking, ordering, and inventory control
- prepare daily deposits and revenue reports as directed by manager
- maintain and operate cash register during high-volume customer service
- perform duties and projects as required by the Restaurant Manager
