This hotel offers an evocative connection to the American Southwest by blending dramatic mountain views, artistic landscaping, and an ambiance that reflects the romance and natural beauty of the region. With six elevated dining experiences helmed by celebrity chef Richard Blais, and a suite of captivating amenities, the resort invites guests to immerse themselves in the vivid culture and rich heritage of Scottsdale and its surroundings. The resort is known not only for its grandeur but also for its commitment to exceptional hospitality and service, making every guest feel valued and welcomed.

The role at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale is for a Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Canyon Market, an essential leadership position within the daily operations of the hotel's culinary services. This role embodies the resort's commitment to extraordinary guest experiences by ensuring that the restaurant functions seamlessly and efficiently. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support team members directly, stepping in to assist with service delivery to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Often serving as the leader on duty for morning, swing, and evening shifts, the supervisor coordinates closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Purchasing Manager, and culinary leadership to ensure smooth communication and operation between all food and beverage departments.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can foster positive teamwork and a supportive work environment. The supervisor will manage various responsibilities, including facilitating guest interactions, resolving operational issues, and leading by example to create an enjoyable workplace. The starting wage for this role is $23.00 per hour, reflecting the resort’s dedication to recognizing and rewarding talent. The Food & Beverage Supervisor must be adaptable and ready to work during diverse shifts including weekends and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

Beyond the role itself, Hyatt is a global brand recognized for its culture of care, inclusivity, and professional growth opportunities. The company believes in transforming ordinary jobs into meaningful careers by emphasizing the value of people and their contributions, fostering an environment where employees feel like family. As part of Hyatt, employees gain access to extensive benefits, worldwide mobility opportunities, discounted hotel stays, excellent training, and wellness programs.
