The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor at North Ridge Country Club is vital to maintaining the club's reputation for excellent hospitality and service. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for guiding front of house staff throughout service periods, ensuring every member and guest receives a high level of attention and service consistent with the club's standards. The Food & Beverage Supervisor's core responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating service flow during busy periods, and ensuring that dining outlets are well-prepared before service begins. The individual in this role is expected to maintain a visible presence on the service floor, uphold cleanliness and organization standards, and conduct quality checks of food presentation and beverage service. Interaction with members and guests is pivotal to this role, requiring the supervisor to address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

This position also involves assisting with staff onboarding and training, providing coaching and direction to ensure adherence to club policies and service excellence.
