The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at Travel + Leisure Co. is a crucial position within the resort’s hospitality team. This role involves supervising a diverse team of Food and Beverage associates, including cooks, bartenders, and cashiers, ensuring smooth daily operations of the food and beverage outlets. The supervisor will step in to cover shifts when necessary and assist with staffing, inventory controls, compliance, guest service quality, and employee relations. They will be responsible for enforcing food handling and kitchen safety standards, performing daily inspections of both product and service to maintain high-quality guest experiences. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will also monitor cash handling, manage cashier banks, and oversee the correct entry and coding of invoices and inventory information related to food items received.
