Job Description

Pacific Hospitality Group is a well-established family-focused company specializing in hotel and hospitality management. They emphasize a unique owner/operator approach that benefits both investors and team members, ensuring a long-term hold strategy that fosters sustainable growth and development within the company. Their core vision centers on enriching people's lives by providing memorable experiences, contributing positively to the community, and honoring God in their operations. With a commitment to integrity, compliance, value creation, and principled entrepreneurship, Pacific Hospitality Group continues to build a reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry. Their dedication to customer focus, knowledge, adaptability to change, humility, respect, and fulfillment guides their everyday business ethos and interactions.

The current opportunity at Pacific Hospitality Group is an hourly food and beverage supervisory role with a competitive wage of $21.00 per hour. This position involves overseeing subordinate lead personnel within assigned restaurants or in-room dining services. The supervisor ensures operational excellence, maintains exceptional standards for product presentation and guest service, and drives profitability through effective budgeting and cost control measures. Other key elements of this role include mentoring and training team members, setting work schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations. This role is pivotal in delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences to guests and requires active engagement in problem-solving, guest relations, and teamwork. Supervisors float between various dining venues rather than being fixed to a single restaurant, enhancing their oversight and adaptability across the property. The successful candidate will reflect Pacific Hospitality Group's core principles and demonstrate a passion for service, team leadership, and operational management within a dynamic hotel environment.
