Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- knowledge of food and beverage operations
- hotel experience preferred
- ability to use point of sale
- ability to communicate Excel, Word, Power Point, spreadsheet
- ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- ability to push/pull carts of products weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Monitor server's adherence to all service standards
- supervise service of guests, watchful of guest cues, body language, needing service
- assist in developing training manual for all positions overseen
- ability to train and perform all restaurant duties
- assist in on-boarding of new associates
- coaching associates with a positive demeanor and helping them reach their potential
- perform pre-shifts, communicate hotel happenings, set standards of the shift, discuss opportunities and wins from previous shift
- monitor and communicate Medallia survey responses in pre-shift
- oversee communication board compliance
- oversee and monitor side work duty completion
- monitor attendance compliance, record infractions and report
- oversee, monitor associate breaks
- oversee, monitor time logs
- assist in serving, bartending, host(ess) as needed
- maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards
- read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift
- check floor plan for appropriate coverage
- check bar for cleanliness and set up
- check service stands and aisle areas
- check tables for cleanliness and proper set up
- follow ECOSURE guidelines
- abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- Tips certification
- assist in compliance of beverage requisition process
- sign off on requests and delivery
- communicate daily with restaurant manager regarding special events, house counts
- consult directly with clients in organizing, planning private events in restaurant and be the primary contact
- assist management in beverage control, inventory and all month end requirements
- assist management in beverage, food menu development
- assist management in outlet marketing efforts, seasonal specials, special of the day, off site events, representation of outlet
- generate and monitor reports, data as needed for DOFB
- formulate excel spreadsheets, power point presentations, as needed for DOFB
- executing any special projects in time assigned
- assist in payroll process as designated by FB management
- communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff
- comply with attendance rule
- perform any other job related duties as assigned
