The Food & Beverage Supervisor role at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is a critical leadership position designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The supervisor supports the Shula’s General Manager by overseeing lunch period operations, ensuring that all dining services meet the highest standards of quality and service. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in food & beverage service
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
