The company prides itself on its commitment to exceptional customer service, safety, and community involvement. Round One Entertainment's mission is to create memorable experiences through innovative entertainment options and excellent hospitality, making it a favorite destination for people seeking fun and relaxation.
The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor role at Round One Entertainment is a critical position responsible for managing all food and beverage operations within the establishment. This role requires a dynamic and energetic leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience while efficiently overseeing staff, orders, and finances. The F&B Supervisor is charged with maximizing sales and revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing employee engagement by maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage management, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant, fast food, or hospitality industries.
In this role, the F&B Supervisor forecasts, plans, and manages all food and beverage orders and operations. They are responsible for staff supervision, training, and performance appraisal, creating schedules that optimize productivity, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. The supervisor must have excellent communication skills and be visible and accessible to customers to resolve any concerns professionally and promptly. Responsibilities also include monitoring food preparation methods to guarantee quality and presentation standards while ensuring alcohol service complies with age restrictions and company policies.
The position requires open availability, especially during nights and weekends. As all management staff participate in alcohol service, candidates must be at least 21 years old. The environment is lively and noisy, consistent with a bowling center and arcade, demanding flexibility and physical stamina. Regular duties involve bending, stretching, climbing, and standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting or moving of items up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Working with Round One Entertainment means joining a team that values employee well-being and offers competitive benefits. These include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company matching, providing security and support for employees and their families. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, interactive settings and enjoy working with diverse teams and customers. Overall, the Food & Beverage Supervisor at Round One Entertainment is a pivotal role that contributes directly to the company’s reputation for excellent service and fun-filled experiences.
