Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or event operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- understanding of responsible alcohol service procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Ensure event staff compliance with operational, service, and safety standards
- train and support food and beverage attendants on paperwork and Point of Sale systems
- supervise and lead event-day staff across multiple concession stands and premium service areas
- oversee and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
- actively monitor and enforce responsible alcohol service
- implement and enforce guest service, sanitation, food safety, and product quality standards
- perform ongoing inventory management and reconcile discrepancies
