Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or event operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or large-scale event operations preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Ensure event staff compliance with operational, service, and safety standards
  • train and support food and beverage attendants on paperwork and Point of Sale systems
  • supervise and lead event-day staff across multiple concession stands and premium service areas
  • oversee and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
  • actively monitor and enforce responsible alcohol service
  • implement and enforce guest service, sanitation, food safety, and product quality standards
  • perform ongoing inventory management and reconcile discrepancies
