The Food and Beverage Server position at Hope Valley Country Club plays a critical role in delivering the high standard of service that members and guests have come to expect. This position involves presenting menus, answering questions, and making informed recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Servers will use the point-of-sale system to manage orders accurately and efficiently, participate in pre-meal meetings to stay informed about menu changes or special events, and maintain open communication with supervisors to address any member concerns.

Attention to detail and commitment to safety are essential in this role, as servers are responsible for cash handling accuracy and must adhere to safe food handling practices and work safety standards. The position also requires completion of side work such as stocking service stations, rolling silverware, clearing and cleaning tables, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
