The role of Food & Beverage Server at Hilton Grand Vacations at SeaWorld is integral to ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences that complement their stay. This position involves maintaining a clean, professional work environment while serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food in the grill area. The Food & Beverage Server is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of menu items, beverage brands, cocktail recipes, and various options such as beers, wines, sodas, and other prepared beverages. Maintaining compliance with all state regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption is crucial.

This role requires delivering timely service of hot and cold foods, following all steps of service like greeting guests, upselling menu items, establishing rapport, serving efficiently, pre-bussing tables, thanking guests, and inviting them to return. The server also handles monetary transactions related to food and beverage services in the pool grill area, ensuring a smooth and professional customer service flow. A successful candidate will keep the bar and grill areas clean, perform general cleaning tasks per health standards, possess knowledge of Micros point-of-sale systems and end-of-shift reporting, and demonstrate reliability through regular attendance.
