This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment. The position involves delivering food to restaurant and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company service standards. The successful candidate will engage directly with customers, embrace teamwork, and contribute to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Responsibilities also include assisting bartenders with the setup and breakdown of bar operations, restocking bars with liquor, beer, and other supplies, and supporting event setup and cleanup activities. Maintaining clean and organized catering stations, bars, and storage areas throughout events is critical, along with the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience in catering, banquet, restaurant, or bar support roles is preferred but not required, as Levy values strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to guest service.
