Job Requirements
- College degree required
- five years of related experience in food and beverage management
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends and update beverage lists and menus as necessary
- prepare and monitor food and beverage budgets and department performance
- collaborate with the Executive Chef and stay informed of food and beverage issues
- coordinate loss prevention including monthly inventories and research cost variances
- ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations
- interview and hire front-of-house staff according to standards
- conduct daily shift meetings and monthly department meetings
- provide ongoing guest service training and enforce SOP and appearance standards
- participate in all required meetings including pre and post event
- equip employees with training, tools, and environment for fine dining experience
- develop and execute strategies for employee engagement
- maintain product consistency through inspections of seasonings, portions, and appearance
- prepare and submit timely reports
- create unforgettable dining experiences
- approach guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- actively participate in hotel meetings and trainings
