Located in the bustling and sophisticated Back Bay area, the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street in Boston is a striking glass skyscraper that ranks as the third tallest building in the city. The hotel boasts 215 spacious guest rooms and suites featuring stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of Boston's skyline. This luxury hotel also includes world-class amenities such as The Wellness Floor, an upscale urban spa destination, various chic dining venues including the popular brunch spot One+One, and Trifecta, a stylish restaurant and cocktail lounge celebrated for its craft cocktails and distinctive New England culinary fare. The property also encompasses over 10,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and event space, making it a top choice for both leisure and business travelers. Furthermore, One Dalton is home to 160 elegantly designed private residences that offer unobstructed views of the city, the Charles River, Boston Harbor, the Berkshire Mountains, and Cape Cod's shores, cementing its status as a premier mixed-use destination.
The Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston presents an exciting career opportunity for a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to join its dynamic and award-winning team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about hospitality and dedicated to excellence in food and beverage service within a luxury setting. As part of the Food & Beverage team, the Outlet Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that the hotel's high standards for guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and service quality are consistently met. The position calls for a leader who can effectively manage people, inspire teams, and collaborate across departments to orchestrate memorable dining experiences.
The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will be responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, motivating, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplining employees, supervisors, and assistant managers within the hotel's multiple Food & Beverage outlets. This leadership ensures the maintenance of the Four Seasons’ cultural and core standards, aligning with strategic planning for the outlets’ operations. Visibility within daily operations, public relations management, guest satisfaction handling, and special request fulfillment are key aspects of this role, requiring a hands-on approach combined with expert knowledge in wine, spirits, food quality, and preparation methods.
This managerial position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs, to design appealing menus and wine lists that balance quality and value. Strong operational management skills such as labor and expense control, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash control are essential. Additionally, overseeing the physical condition of facilities and equipment and recommending improvements ensures a functional and attractive guest environment.
The salary range for this position is competitive, between $85,490 and $89,115, reflecting the hotel's commitment to attracting top talent. Employees benefit from an inclusive culture that upholds the Golden Rule—treating others as they would like to be treated—and a workplace where enthusiasm for excellence thrives.
