The Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will be responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, motivating, coaching, and, when necessary, disciplining employees, supervisors, and assistant managers within the hotel's multiple Food & Beverage outlets. This leadership ensures the maintenance of the Four Seasons’ cultural and core standards, aligning with strategic planning for the outlets’ operations. Visibility within daily operations, public relations management, guest satisfaction handling, and special request fulfillment are key aspects of this role, requiring a hands-on approach combined with expert knowledge in wine, spirits, food quality, and preparation methods.

This managerial position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs, to design appealing menus and wine lists that balance quality and value. The salary range for this position is competitive, between $85,490 and $89,115, reflecting the hotel's commitment to attracting top talent.
