The Food & Beverage Operations Manager position at Scene75 Cleveland, Ohio, is a full-time role with a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility this role holds within the company. This role is pivotal in managing the culinary operations across multiple venues including event spaces for large-scale party rentals and company events, the restaurant, and the snack zone. The manager will lead a sizeable team of 15 to 25+ employees, encompassing servers, kitchen staff, and other hospitality professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service. The role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. It is especially suited for individuals with a background in managing large food and beverage events such as wedding receptions and corporate gatherings. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions
  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week available every weekend
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 39 pounds unaided
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • At least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions
  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Strong teamwork ethic and attitude
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Effective time management and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis
  • Maintain inventory and order necessary food and supplies
  • Cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week
  • Keep detailed day-to-day notes on staff performance
  • Communicate daily with team members fostering teamwork and positive attitude
  • Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
  • Be available for special projects or holidays
