Job Description

We are a well-established, full-service hotel located in Memphis, Tennessee, known for providing exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences. Our hotel features multiple dining outlets, including restaurants, an in-room dining service, and a high-energy lounge/bar that caters to a diverse clientele. We pride ourselves on delivering impeccable service standards and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere that appeals to both leisure and business travelers. With years of experience in the hospitality industry, our hotel has built a reputation for excellence, combining luxury accommodations with outstanding food and beverage offerings. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, professional development, and teamwork among our staff.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager role at our hotel is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing and leading the daily operations across all food and beverage outlets. This includes managing our multiple restaurants, in-room dining services, and the lounge/bar area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach, ensuring that service standards are consistently met or exceeded while maintaining operational efficiency. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that demands balancing guest satisfaction with financial performance and operational discipline.

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be tasked with driving the performance of department managers and frontline teams through effective coaching and development. You will work closely with culinary leadership to ensure the highest quality of food and beverage execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial metrics such as labor costs, revenue optimization, and overall budget adherence, providing strategic insight and action plans to improve profitability.

A key aspect of this position involves maintaining compliance with brand standards as well as safety and health regulations to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Collaboration across departments and maintaining open communication channels will be critical to your success in this role.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $95,000, plus a 10% bonus, with a full benefits package that will be detailed during the interview process. We welcome candidates willing to relocate, as relocation support will be provided. If you thrive in a high-energy setting and bring proven management experience in multi-outlet food and beverage operations, particularly within the hotel or luxury hospitality sector, this role presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement and impact within our established team.
