The Food and Beverage Manager position at Southland Casino Hotel is a pivotal leadership role within a high-volume casino environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring that exceptional service, food quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a high-volume restaurant casino resort or hospitality environment
- Proven leadership experience managing large diverse teams in a fast-paced operation
- Strong understanding of food safety sanitation standards and alcohol compliance
- Solid financial acumen including experience with labor management inventory control and cost of goods
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license and food alcohol certifications
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets ensuring consistent service quality and cleanliness
- Lead train coach and develop managers and hourly team members support performance management and staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations including food safety sanitation and alcohol service
- Monitor and control labor food and beverage costs to achieve financial and operational goals
- Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships to ensure product availability and cost control
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Partner with culinary leadership on menu execution service standards and special promotions or events
- Maintain accurate operational records reports and schedules as required
