The Food & Beverage Manager position at Eurest is located at the American Airlines Lounge at Chicago Airport. This role is pivotal in leading lounge operations and ensuring guests receive outstanding service coupled with high-quality food and beverage offerings. The F&B Manager functions as a versatile leader, adept at managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position demands flexible availability including weekends and evenings due to lounge operating hours. The manager is accountable for overseeing menu item preparation, proper portioning, presentation standards, and ensuring all safety, sanitation, and procedural guidelines are strictly followed. A major focus is promoting a positive and service-oriented team culture that creates "wow-worthy" experiences for American Airlines guests.

The role encompasses leadership duties such as training, mentoring, and motivating a team of dedicated associates committed to quality service delivery. The manager will handle operational responsibilities including crew scheduling aligned with labor models and guest volume patterns, inventory management, ordering procedures, and maintaining accurate reporting on daily operations and inventory levels. A proactive approach towards maintaining safety, sanitation, and security standards is essential. Candidates should possess strong food and beverage management experience in high-volume settings, ideally within hotel restaurants, chains, or multi-unit operations, and demonstrate expertise in food costing, inventory, and labor cost management.

This opportunity at Eurest offers an annual salary range of $67,000 to $70,000 and is ideal for professionals passionate about hospitality leadership and guest service excellence within a multicultural environment. Eurest supports career growth with a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace. Those interested in joining a dynamic team that values innovation and quality service are encouraged to apply and contribute to elevating the American Airlines Lounge experience in Chicago.
