Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of employment in a related food and beverage management position
- Certified food handler's certificate or card
- Familiarity with Micros Symphony POS systems
- Knowledge of hospitality law and safety regulations
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Proficient in English both written and verbal
- Hotel food and beverage experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in food and beverage management
- Prior hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- Certified food handler's certificate or card
- Proficiency with Micros Symphony POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations including marketing, safety, and labor relations
- Ability to conduct training and mentor staff
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
Job Duties
- Manage the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure managers supervise line staff
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the outlets
- Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage operations
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Conduct monthly inventory audits and manage supplier relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest recovery
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
