Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of employment in a related food and beverage management position
  • Certified food handler's certificate or card
  • Familiarity with Micros Symphony POS systems
  • Knowledge of hospitality law and safety regulations
  • Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Hotel food and beverage experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Prior hotel food and beverage experience preferred
  • Certified food handler's certificate or card
  • Proficiency with Micros Symphony POS systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations including marketing, safety, and labor relations
  • Ability to conduct training and mentor staff
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines

Job Duties

  • Manage the Food and Beverage department
  • Ensure managers supervise line staff
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the outlets
  • Develop and implement business plans for food and beverage operations
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits and manage supplier relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest recovery
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
