The Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) role at Wawa is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations in the store. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Assistant General Manager, the FBM ensures smooth, efficient, and consistent execution of food service programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive food service sales, monitor industry trends, and implement strategies for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction. The FBM serves as the in-store expert for food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives and is responsible for training customer service associates to deliver outstanding service. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience in leadership roles preferably in food service or retail
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
