Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage leadership experience
- ServSafe certification
- TIPS or equivalent certification
- Compliance with local and state food and beverage regulations
- Consistent attendance and adherence to company standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Job Qualifications
