As a Food & Beverage Manager (FBM) at Wawa, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure everything runs efficiently and consistently. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain smooth daily operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience every single day. You will take ownership of various food and beverage programs, including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering services, making sure they meet Wawa’s high standards for quality and consistency. Driving food service sales and performance is a key aspect of this role, as you monitor trends and work with peers to develop action plans that optimize results. As the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for training Customer Service Associates, supporting hiring and scheduling, and fostering team development. Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting food service environment that complies with health and safety regulations is essential. Additionally, this role involves overseeing inventory management, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support efficient operations. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.40 to $31.55, dependent on experience, position, and location, and includes eligibility for monthly bonus incentives.
