Job Description
Davidson Hospitality Group is a distinguished, full-service hospitality management company renowned for overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes hotels, restaurants, dining, and entertainment venues across the United States. The company is a preferred operator and trusted partner for prestigious brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, Kimpton, Marriott, and Margaritaville. Davidson Hospitality Group operates with a unique entrepreneurial management style and an owner's mentality, blending the personalized service of a small business with the extensive expertise and resources of a large organization. This approach allows Davidson to deliver exceptional value and superior hospitality experiences consistently. The group is segmented into four highly specialized operating verticals: Davidson Hotels, Pivot, Davidson Resorts, and Davidson Restaurant Group, each focusing on delivering distinct and quality hospitality services.
The role of Food and Beverage Manager within Davidson Hospitality Group is a dynamic and critical position responsible for orchestrating all aspects of food and beverage operations within a high-end, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction, combined with strong leadership and organizational skills. This position involves managing budgets, developing innovative menus, handling inventory and supply orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service that aligns with the high standards of Davidson's esteemed brand partners. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee a team, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining efficiency and profitability. This role requires flexibility, as working hours may include weekends and holidays, reflecting the nature of the hospitality industry. Furthermore, the position demands a proactive approach to cost control and an ability to adapt to changing customer preferences and operational needs.
Davidson Hospitality Group values the professional growth and well-being of its team members, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance their lives. Working at Davidson is described as more than just a job; it is a calling and part of a broader mission to redefine quality hospitality. Employees are encouraged to engage in this mission, contributing to a culture of excellence, respect, and innovation. Davidson is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, supporting minorities, females, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and all gender identities and sexual orientations. To maintain a safe and professional workplace, the company requires pre-employment drug testing, background checks, and participates in E-Verify. Please note, this position is at a location operated by a third-party management company responsible for employment benefits and obligations, not Hyatt itself.
