We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our dedicated team at Four Seasons Hotel New York. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 and provides an outstanding career opportunity for professionals passionate about delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury setting. The Food & Beverage Manager will have the vital responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage Division, including ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across multiple hotel outlets as well as in-room dining. This role includes managing par stock inventory levels, supervising and training staff, and enforcing company standards to guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational acumen, and a deep understanding of guest service, cost control, labor management, merchandising, and accounting related to food and beverage operations. Prior experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in managerial or supervisory roles, is essential. Familiarity with union environments is advantageous, as is experience with key systems such as Opera and Micros. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; however, candidates should have at least one year of relevant employment in a similar role. Preference is given to candidates with experience in New York hospitality settings.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • up to one year previous employment in a related position
  • us work authorization required unless currently a manager at a four seasons location
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
