The Food & Beverage Manager role at Levy involves overseeing day-to-day operations of a corporate dining account, ensuring that every aspect of the service meets the highest standards. This managerial position requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of associates, maintain exceptional client relations, and guarantee superior food quality. The manager will be responsible for operating the corporate cafeteria within budgetary guidelines while maximizing value for the client.   • Minimum of associate's degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe certification preferred
