The role of Operations Manager at Delaware North's Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida, is an exciting opportunity for seasoned hospitality professionals. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination set to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. Delaware North is responsible for leading stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services at this premier location, focusing on innovative culinary experiences that celebrate Miami's vibrant culture while enhancing classic stadium favorites. The venue will host world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment year-round.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee both concessions and commissary operations, ensuring day-to-day activities are managed effectively to maintain high standards of product quality, customer service, safety, and sanitation. This role involves scheduling, training, and developing team members, maintaining a culture of accountability, and implementing service and management philosophies that guide the team. Additionally, you will manage inventory, control labor costs, oversee waste management, and respond to client requests to ensure alignment with company standards. This position offers a competitive base salary range from $66,300 to $89,500 per year, with potential bonuses based on performance and uncapped sales incentives. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years experience in a high-volume environment

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • adaptable and able to manage own time as well as the time of others

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the business with management oversight for day-to-day operations
  • manage all concessions and commissary operations at the location ensuring quality standards are maintained in terms of product, service, safety, and sanitation
  • implement and maintain a service and management philosophy that guides team members
  • responsible for scheduling, training, and development of team members
  • maintain policy standards, culture of accountability, and responsibility
  • research and develop new policies and procedures controlling policies that elevate service standards
  • respond to client requests and ensure alignment with company standards
  • manage the process for ordering and maintaining all inventories, cost control efforts for labor, and waste management
