Job Requirements

- ability to step in and support in key positions as needed
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage management preferred

Job Duties
- effectively lead staff to ensure quality service is delivered
- continually follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and to appropriate standards

- assist in the selection, development, leadership and retention of talented food and beverage staff
- assist in ensuring financial targets are met and accounting procedures are followed
- maintain constant communication between departments and inform about special programs and events
- ensure food and beverage staff provide excellent guest service
