Compliance with legal requirements, especially concerning responsible alcohol service, is a crucial responsibility as well.

The Food and Beverage Manager is tasked with driving sales growth by collaborating closely with team members on both front-of-house and back-of-house activities while spearheading local marketing efforts to increase visibility and patronage. This position requires handling financial responsibilities prudently, including managing cash flow and deposits. A significant part of the role involves ensuring staff adhere to dress codes, performance standards, and service protocols to maintain a polished and professional dining environment.

In addition to operational duties, this manager provides effective coaching and counseling, recruits and trains new hires, and develops personalized growth programs that enhance team member skills and job satisfaction. By scheduling with efficiency in mind, the Food and Beverage Manager can optimize labor costs while maintaining excellent service levels. Inventory control also falls under this position's purview to ensure resources are managed wisely, minimizing waste and loss.

Applicants must bring prior leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment and demonstrate effective communication skills in English. Spanish language abilities are considered an asset. Candidates should be adept at multi-step problem solving, adaptable, and possess the physical stamina to stand for long periods, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Completion of company-specific training and local certifications related to food safety and alcohol service is required.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence a thriving restaurant's success and maintain our steadfast commitment to exceptional hospitality standards. Join us as a Food and Beverage Manager to lead a professional, motivated team that delivers a first-class dining experience every day.
