Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • Sufficient visual acuity
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
  • Physical capability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, twist, bend, fold and unfold
  • Must follow safe working practices

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • Experience handling confidential member and employee information
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR
  • Completion of food and beverage online training modules preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations
  • Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • Supervise service staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service
  • Monitor reservation book and oversee room setups according to event specifications
  • Perform opening and closing procedures for all meal shifts
  • Assist in training and developing service staff
  • Maintain orderly and sanitary work areas
  • Participate in and lead staff meetings and service training sessions
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and beverage offerings
  • Record necessary information in the log for the next shift
  • Support and enforce company policies and maintain high ethical standards
  • Promote and follow safe working practices
  • Maintain certifications relevant to the role
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to resolve challenges and support operations
  • Take initiative in personal and professional growth
