Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Sufficient visual acuity
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Physical capability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, twist, bend, fold and unfold
- Must follow safe working practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Experience handling confidential member and employee information
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service, STAR Trainer, TABC, and CPR
- Completion of food and beverage online training modules preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations
- Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to maintain consistent, high-quality service
- Monitor reservation book and oversee room setups according to event specifications
- Perform opening and closing procedures for all meal shifts
- Assist in training and developing service staff
- Maintain orderly and sanitary work areas
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and service training sessions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and beverage offerings
- Record necessary information in the log for the next shift
- Support and enforce company policies and maintain high ethical standards
- Promote and follow safe working practices
- Maintain certifications relevant to the role
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to resolve challenges and support operations
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth
