- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- experience in fine or upscale dining or resort environment preferred
- knowledge of menu creation and cost control
- strong communication skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- equivalent combination of academic education, professional training or work experience
- at least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager preferably in fine or upscale dining or resort environment
- understanding of menu creation, food, beverage and labor cost controls
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
- flexible work schedule
Job Duties
- Managing overall food and beverage outlet operations with passion, integrity and knowledge
- promoting the culture and values of the company
- holding daily meetings with staff members
- managing all employment aspects including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating performance, coaching, disciplining and coordinating exit process
- working hands-on in restaurant operations including assisting staff directly
- monitoring guest service, safety, cleanliness standards
- coordinating special events
