They will play a key role in supervising and training staff on food handling, kitchen protocols, and exemplary customer service, ensuring our offerings meet and exceed established standards for quality and presentation.\n\nAdditionally, the Food & Beverage Manager will manage inventory and stock levels, maintain effective collaborations with kitchen personnel to develop menus that reflect seasonal trends and customer preferences, and utilize POS systems to enhance order processing and sales tracking efficiency. Problem-solving and customer interaction skills are essential, as is the ability to implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting service efficiency, particularly in quick-service or fast-food restaurant segments. The role also includes supporting event planning and promotional activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of our food and beverage department. This position involves flexibility, including working day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to maintain operational needs and deliver continuous high standards of service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage management preferred

Job Qualifications
