Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations management in guest services, retail, and food and beverage experience required to allow for optimal success
  • 1+ years of food and beverage experience supervising/leading a team in a kitchen setting
  • previous management experience in an attraction, theme park, or high-volume entertainment venue environment is preferred
  • ability to climb, bend, kneel, stoop, stand, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • proven microsoft office suite skills (excel, outlook, word, etc.)
  • qualified candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule of 12pm-8pm, and/or 2pm-10pm
  • this position requires the ability to work any shift weekend including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • cash-handling experience and basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change
  • ability to comprehend written and verbal communication
  • ability to multi-task, work independently, and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly within a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • provides exceptional customer service in a timely and responsive manner including responding to guest complaints and team member issues
  • understands and manages guest services, retail, and food and beverage processes as needed on shifts
  • estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchases supplies
  • confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as dining room, bar, and banquet operations
  • inspects food and food preparation to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations
  • investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints
  • reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient operation and to ensure expenditures stay within budget limitations
