Job Requirements
- 5+ years of recent food and beverage management experience
- proven success in financial management, staffing, inventory, and P&L oversight
- strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- proficiency in Toast POS, MS Office, and Excel
- ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Riverside County Food Handler's Manager Certification and RBS certification (or ability to obtain)
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Drive financial success through budgeting, cost controls, and revenue strategies
- maintain high service standards while managing labor, inventory, and equipment costs
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
- conduct regular staff evaluations, meetings, and ongoing training programs
- foster teamwork, motivation, and professional growth
- ensure an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and guest engagement
- resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- maintain clear communication with vendors, departments, and leadership
- enforce sanitation, alcohol awareness, and safety protocols
- uphold environmental and company service standards
- monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- perform any other duties as required by your Manager
