We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join the team. This is a full-time role that demands a passionate individual who thrives in high-energy environments and enjoys leading others toward delivering stellar guest experiences. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the department by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance to team members. This position carries a significant responsibility to ensure that safety protocols and Callaway’s quality standards are met consistently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

The role requires direct interaction with both hosts and guests, always maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor. The Team Lead will be engaged in business-related tasks such as weekly inventory management, ordering, and timekeeping. A comprehensive understanding or willingness to learn department of health standards and the Point-of-Sale system is essential. This role also demands flexibility as working weekends and holidays is necessary. Furthermore, the Team Lead must be committed to upholding cash handling standards, maintaining a professional personal appearance, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. Ultimately, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to exercise leadership skills while working closely with a dynamic team in an environment that values guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times
  • Lead team by providing clear instructions, coaching, and guidance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working conditions
  • Assist as needed in the completion of business-related functions including weekly inventory, proper ordering, timekeeping etc.
  • Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times
  • Able to communicate concerns up the proper channels for resolution
  • Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests
  • Must be able to abide by all cash handling standards
  • Must have knowledge of all department of health standards or have the ability to learn
  • Must have knowledge of the Point-of-Sale system or have the ability to learn
  • Must be comfortable and capable of leading a team

  • Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
