Job Requirements
- At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a managerial position
- Experience working in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and sustain effective client and customer relationships
- Physical ability to lift, transport, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact
- Confirm that food offerings are in line with the Executional Framework
- Assist employees in understanding what goals need to be reached through effective coaching
- Show appreciation to staff with rewards and acknowledgment
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Embrace Aramark systems for efficiency
- Enhance profit generation while overseeing budgetary constraints
- Complete and manage profit and loss reports
- Meet food and labor targets
- Implement strategies to manage resources efficiently
- Enact and preserve labor and food campaign schedules
- Maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
- Direct production, distribution, and serving of food
- Uphold safety, health, and wage laws
- Arrange and sustain frameworks for purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution and menu innovation
- Forecast operational components and handle accounting duties
- Supervise personnel coordination
- Enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Adhere to policies of Aramark and government bodies when maintaining records
- Foster client management relationships and customer rapport
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Explore opportunities for innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
- Manage customer-facing restaurant areas
- Devise and carry out food service schemes aligned with client’s mission and vision
