Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality preferably within a private club or luxury setting
- bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or equivalent experience
- proven success managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- strong knowledge of food beverage and event service standards
- excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ClubSoft or POS experience is a plus
- bilingual in English Spanish is a plus
- flexible availability including weekends evenings and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Overseeing all food and beverage operations including dining special events and private functions
- managing and developing front-of-house and kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance management
- collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu planning quality control and cost management
- creating and monitoring departmental budgets and financial targets
- ensuring compliance with health safety labor and alcohol service regulations
- leading service delivery by greeting members and resolving service issues in real-time
- working with club leadership to develop and execute member engagement strategies and events
