We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Banquet Manager to join our dedicated team. This leadership position is designed for a hands-on professional with a proven background in both food and beverage management and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing banquet and catering services while supporting the ongoing restaurant operations. As a key holder, this individual will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing closing procedures, securing the premises, and ensuring a seamless end-of-day process. The Food & Beverage Banquet Manager will lead and motivate a talented team, coordinate event logistics, and closely collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to guarantee flawless service delivery.
In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will plan and execute all aspects of banquet and catering events, from initial inquiry and menu development through staffing, setup, service, and breakdown. A core responsibility is to uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and profitability across all food and beverage services including private events and restaurant operations. Monitoring costs, controlling waste, managing inventory, and supporting overall budget adherence are also essential to the role. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication ability, and a dedication to providing superior guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts is necessary to meet the demands of club events and daily restaurant needs.
The Food & Beverage Banquet Manager will play a key role in maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, alcohol service regulations, and company policies. Moreover, the manager will address guest concerns promptly and professionally, building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Accurate record keeping and timely reporting of event details, labor, sales, and incidents fall within the responsibilities of this role. Green Valley Country Club offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, making this an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional seeking to advance their career in the hospitality industry at a distinguished venue.
