The role of the Front of House (FOH) Manager at Kitchen + Kocktails is integral to the guest experience, overseeing all operational facets during opening, mid, or closing shifts. The FOH Manager's primary responsibility is to lead the front of house team to deliver an outstanding dining experience that upholds the restaurant's high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer satisfaction. This position commands a blend of leadership skills, operational insight, and marketing acumen to not only manage but also promote the restaurant's brand and revenue growth. The FOH Manager will oversee inventory management, staff training, and scheduling, as well as handle guest relations, conflict resolution, and ensure the restaurant adheres to safety and sanitation regulations. Excellence in communication, high energy, flexibility in shift work including weekends and holidays, and the ability to thrive under pressure are key attributes required for this role. Offering a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, this position presents an exciting opportunity for experienced restaurant managers who are ready to contribute to a thriving upscale dining establishment and make a significant impact in their career.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a restaurant manager in full service
