Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated success in managing both FOH and BOH operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Valid food handler’s certification or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
