Tommy Hilfiger is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new retail location in Oceanside, NY, and is seeking a passionate and driven Part-Time Floor Supervisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a newly established team during the grand opening phase and contribute to shaping the store's future success. As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations and leadership by assisting both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in managing all aspects of the store’s personnel, merchandising, visual presentation, business processes, and overall results.

The Floor Supervisor position is essential for motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Tommy Hilfiger brand standards. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profits, minimizing losses, and ensuring that the store maintains an impeccable visual appearance. Your leadership will empower associates through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback, helping to develop a knowledgeable and effective team.

Operationally, you will manage key processes such as inventory management, merchandise replenishment, and store security while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, responsibilities include receiving shipments, maintaining store organization, and supporting operational activities such as opening and closing the store. Physical requirements for this role include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

The role also demands strong leadership capabilities as you assist with recruiting, interviewing, and orienting new team members, focusing on sourcing talent that reflects the brand's image and values. You will foster a positive work environment by recognizing achievements and maintaining high team morale. Participation in management meetings and flexibility to work varied shifts—including nights, weekends, and holidays—are critical components of the role.

From a merchandising and visual standpoint, you will assist in executing sell-through strategies to enhance business performance. Maintaining elevated store presentation standards and promptly addressing merchandising concerns are part of your key duties. Executing markdowns, re-merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and fixture organization also fall under your purview.

The pay range for this part-time supervisory role is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, reflecting PVH’s commitment to competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
