Floor Manager/bar tender

We are currently seeking an individual to join us in a pivotal role that offers the unique opportunity to work directly alongside the owners. This position is integral to the growth and daily operations of our bar and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have solid managerial experience and a strong work ethic, ready to contribute significantly to our early-stage business. Responsibilities will include managing and supporting a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and the chance to bartend on select days. This hands-on leadership role is suited for someone who is not only passionate about hospitality but also eager to grow with the company as we expand. This role comes with a consistent schedule primarily covering nights, offering 25 to 35 hours per week, and is compensated at a competitive rate of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
