The FOH (Front of House) Manager role is central to bringing this vision to life. We are seeking a candidate with solid restaurant management experience and a strong understanding of nightlife dynamics who can lead the team through both traditional dining and entertainment-driven service. The manager will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining the restaurant's refined yet energetic vibe by overseeing the daily operations and coordinating entertainment events such as DJ performances and shows. This position requires excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests, including VIPs.

The FOH Manager will manage all front-of-house activities from the moment guests enter to the conclusion of their evening. This includes supervising staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth service flow during both dining and entertainment hours. Additionally, this role involves handling the logistics of live entertainment, collaborating closely with performers, and maintaining a seamless guest experience during events. The manager will also assist with operational tasks such as staffing schedules, cost control, vendor relationships, and inventory management to support overall restaurant efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of FOH management experience
  • experience in restaurants with some nightlife or entertainment element preferred
