The role available at Flik Hospitality Group is that of a Food Service Supervisor, a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service operations to ensure standards of excellence are consistently met. The Food Service Supervisor will lead and develop a team of associates while also supporting the financial objectives of the operation. Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment is essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Although not mandatory, possessing ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred, highlighting the emphasis on food safety knowledge.
