This particular role, Floor Manager, is a pivotal leadership position responsible for the smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant’s front of house. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Floor Manager operates as the key link between the FOH team, kitchen staff, and corporate management. A core focus of the role is to uphold consistent service standards that result in a consistently positive and memorable guest experience. Attention to detail is critical as the Floor Manager oversees the accurate execution of To Go and online service operations, coordinates special events, and maintains FOH cleanliness and organizational standards. They are responsible for troubleshooting point-of-sale (POS) issues, managing menu changes, and ensuring accurate daily reporting of sales, cash handling, and deposits. They are also tasked with administering disciplinary actions when necessary, demonstrating their role in maintaining operational standards and employee accountability.

The position is full-time, salaried, and exempt from overtime pay, with an annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000. Work schedules are flexible and include evenings, weekends, and varied shifts to meet the demands of a seven-day operation, excluding select holidays. This flexibility is an essential aspect of supporting continuous service and team coverage.

Physical stamina and agility are needed to meet the job’s demands, including prolonged standing, walking, balancing trays, and handling stock weighing up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Physical ability to perform standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
