We are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join us on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is pivotal for maintaining the smooth daily operations of our floor, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that staff perform at their best. The Floor Manager will be responsible for supervising all floor activities, managing employee schedules, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. In addition to managing staff and workflow, the Floor Manager will use the Skytab POS system to streamline order management and inventory control. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a hands-on approach during peak service times. Candidates should have a solid background in food production and catering operations, along with experience in staff training and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture.
Working shifts may include mornings, evenings, nights, or 8 to 10 hour shifts, offering flexibility to accommodate various schedules. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Fort Myers, FL 33907 before starting work, as the position is based on-site. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service management or supervisory roles
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, preferably Skytab POS
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, 8 to 10 hour shifts
- Willingness to relocate to Fort Myers, FL 33907 prior to starting employment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and catering operations
- Proficiency with Skytab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and shift management
Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
