Currently, Shaner Hotels is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their team at the McHenry Row Courtyard by Marriott in Baltimore. This stunning new 126-room hotel is part of the vibrant McHenry Row development, ideally located less than a mile from the Maryland Cruise Terminal and within close proximity to attractions such as M&T Stadium and Horseshoe Casino. The location provides excellent access for both leisure and business travelers, enhancing the overall guest experience.

The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about maintaining cleanliness and quality standards in hotel public areas to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the brand. Key responsibilities include cleaning and servicing assigned public spaces to meet franchise and hotel standards, handling guest complaints with professionalism to ensure satisfaction, and observing all house, safety, housekeeping, and security procedures. The role also involves reporting any maintenance deficiencies promptly and participating in deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning projects as scheduled. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cart and restocking supplies at the end of the shift.

This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of cleaning experience, preferably within a hotel setting, who possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with guests, management, and coworkers. Knowledge of proper chemical handling and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities are considered an advantage, further contributing to effective guest service and operational communication.
