Job Requirements
- 2-3 years experience working in service industry such as hotel and restaurant, hospitality or event planning preferred
- strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, audio/visual equipment
- able to stand for long periods of time
- works well in a fast-paced environment
- good listening and professional demeanor
- able to navigate clients of every professional level
- maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in service industry such as hotel and restaurant or event planning preferred

Job Duties
- provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors
- connect with meeting organizers and guests as meetings begin
- verify room requirements via email prior to meetings
- perform continuous floor tours to ensure optimal appearance and condition
- utilize tools to identify solutions and anticipate customer needs
- advocate for client hoteling culture by supporting guests securing workspace
- verify occupancy and reclaim unused meeting space
- monitor meeting rooms for participant timing and attendance
- work with facility maintenance to report and resolve space issues
- provide contact card for in-meeting support and reset room after use
